Managed Accounts

What we do?

 

  • Open a bank account in your name for the Direct Payment to be paid into

  • Operate the bank account on your behalf

  • Process payroll for your PA's

  • Pay your PA's wages

  • Pay HMRC monies due (Tax and NI)

  • Act as your Agent with HMRC 

  • Act as your Agent with the Pensions Regulator

  • Setup Pension Scheme if required (NEST)

  • Pay Pension contributions

  • Complete audit (monitoring) report for Local Authority

 

Costs for Managed Accounts

 

  • £189 setup fee

  • £45   4-weekly fee (up to 4 workers, additional payslips £2.50 each)

Pension Scheme Setup 

  • £79 setup fee

Work based Pensions

  • We are registered with the Pensions Regulator. 

  • Our payroll software is compliant with work-based pensions.

  • Issue relevant letters such as eligibility for auto-enrolment

  • We use NEST Pensions 

  • Administering of Pension contribution is included within Managed Account Fee

What else is included?

Our Managed Account Service includes everything you need to help you find the right staff and be a good employer.

 

We have a flat fee for (up to 4 workers).  You pay one fully inclusive price for your Managed Account Service.    

 

The following items are included in your managed account fee:

 

  • Preparing Job Adverts

  • Advertising on your behalf

  • Interview assistance 

  • Templates (Timesheets, mileage sheets, reference request form)

  • Statement of Main Terms (Contracts)

  • Arranging Employers Liability Insurance

  • Assistance with PVG application forms
