Case Study: Grant
Hi, I’m Grant and I live with my mum, dad and big brother Glen in Seamill, North Ayrshire.
My mum and dad use Option 1 of self-directed support to help me every day. I have 11 amazing personal assistants who affectionately call themselves “Team Grant”. I have recently turned 18 and left school so everything feels new and exciting right now.
Supported by my team I get up to some amazing adventures. Currently they are helping me do some work deliveries for my dad (who has a small construction firm) and also supporting me in my community work.
