Jess has severe complex needs and mum likes the flexibility of employing her own staff and train them to Jessica’s specific needs.
Jess is a very nervous young lady and needs a small team who get to know her extremely well and will recognise any medical emergencies.
Liam is a very active young man with the same condition as Jess, although not displaying as much medical needs at present. Liam can be a very nervous young man and has a lot of anxieties so having his own small team helps Liam cope well.

Knowing all the paperwork is completed and wages are paid on time takes away the some of the stress from mum. They have always been at the end of the phone for any support we have needed.
